The Super Lig side have begun negotiations with both the Rossoneri and the versatile 27-year-old left-back, who has been deemed surplus to requirements at San Siro

Trabzonspor have announced that they have opened talks with AC Milan over signing Kevin Constant.

The versatile defender joined the Rossoneri from Genoa in 2012 and still has two years to run on his current contract with the club.

However, Milan are now ready to offload the Guinea international, who has never managed to nail down a regular starting berth at San Siro.

A Trabzonspor statement released on Tuesday read: “Negotiations have begun over the possible transfer of the professional footballer Kevin Constant to our club, both with the player himself and with his club, AC Milan.”

Constant, who has been utilised at left-back and in midfield by Milan, represented France at Under-17 level before declaring for Guinea.
