The Hammers are dangerously close to the relegation zone and are looking to sign a forward to help them climb the Premier League table

West Ham are continuing their chase of Brentford striker Scott Hogan, but will have to pay the £15 million the Bees have valued him at, according to The Standard.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is keen to strengthen his attacking options in the January transfer window to fire them away from the threat of relegation, with Hogan high up on his shortlist.

There have already been offers for the Brentford forward, who has struck 14 Championship goals this season, though the London club have turned them away, insisting he’s not for sale for anything less than the £15 million price tag they have slapped on him.
