TFA’s deal to tie-up with Sheffield United

Tata Football Academy has made a deal to tie-up with Sheffield United Football Club for giving training to TFA coaches. The deal was agreed and signed by both the parties on Tuesday aiming to share ideas to train and use other ideas to improve.

Sheffield United plans a program on fitness, coaching and to train the coaches for TFA for 12mths which will be select one coach during this time and will be sent  to the country in September. The selected coach will have an idea about technical aspect of the game and the fitness coach will teach about sports science, etc and the program consists of lessons on player’s recruitment, etc.

The program also contains an exchange visit for TFA coaches to academy of the English club for learning methods of coaching and few trainees will get a chance to train at Sheffield based club. Sathish Pillay from Tata said it is perfect chance or the TFA to develop and will also help the players in the academy.
