The European champions were intensely linked to the striker as it was believed that new coach Roberto Di Matteo wanted the young star as the replacement to Didier Drogba at the Stamford Bridge.
The player has welcomed interest from top clubs and has rushed to make himself available to the top clubs. Speaking to a Venezuelan newspaper El Elspectador he said, “I have a contract with Malaga for the next two years, and if anyone wants me at his club in England, Germany or whatever, we will have to talk to the club.”
“I’m attracted to the Premier League, the league is pretty interesting. But not only the English, the German league too. The truth is that they have strong football.”
