Brescia youngstar new Arsenal target?

Brescia midfielder Omar El Kaddouri has expressed delight at being linked to Arsenal and says it would be a dream to play in the Premier League.

The U 21 Belgian international had an impressive season for Brescia last term but is set to leave the Serie B club after reported interest from Juventus and Parma. However, the 21 year old attacking midfielder claimed that the Gunners’ interest in him is flattering.

Asked about Arsenal, El Kaddouri said: ‘I do not know if they are interested in me, but it is flattering.

‘I am settled in Italy to be honest, but Premier League football is appealing to any player.’

The youngstar is currently a part of the Moroccan Olympic team in London and confirms that his ‘advisors are looking at the available options’. Arsenal meanwhile, continue to be linked to Malaga star Santi Cazorla and Real Madrid midfielder Nuri Sahin albeit Wenger’s clarification as to no deal has yet been concluded for the two players.
