The 35-year-old opted for a move to the Premier League over the Chinese Super League in the summer, despite an offer of around £56 million per year
Zlatan Ibrahimovic will again reject a move to China, this time worth £120 million, and extend his Manchester United stay, according to the Daily Mail.
The Chinese government are reportedly willing to bankroll a sensational move for the Swede, having failed to persuade him to choose the Chinese Super League over the Premier League in the summer with a £56-million-a-year contract.
The 35-year-old forward joined Jose Mourinho’s side in the summer, signing a one-year deal with the option to extend for another year which the Portuguese intends to trigger, and has so far scored 16 goals in 25 appearances.
And while reports from The Sun suggest Ibrahimovic may leave for MLS side LA Galaxy at the end of the season, it is thought he is happy at the club and will continue into a second year.
