RUMOURS: Juventus to go after James in June

The Colombia international is unsettled at Real Madrid and the Serie A champions are likely to compete with Chelsea and Manchester United for his signing

Juventus are set to step up their interest in James Rodriguez at the end of the season, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The Colombia international looks set to leave Real Madrid in the near future after admitting that he has offers from other clubs, having been consigned to a limited role in the Spanish capital.

Manchester United and Chelsea have been heavily linked with James, whose agent says he will not leave Madrid in January, but they are likely to have to contend with Juve in the following transfer window.

Giuseppe Marotta, the Bianconeri general manager, has refused to distance the Serie A champions from a move for the attacking midfielder and are set to up their pursuit of him soon.
