The Borussia Dortmund forward is reported to be on Arsene Wenger’s radar as the club brace for the possibility of their star player leaving for the riches of China
Arsenal are plotting a bid for Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus amid fears that Alexis Sanchez will not sign a new contract, according to the Daily Mail.
The 27-year-old German has been linked with the Gunners and other Premier League clubs in the past but has so far resisted a transfer away from the Bundesliga.
With Alexis’s head being turned by a reported £400,000-per-week wage offer from China, Arsene Wenger is rumoured to be willing to sanction a mega-money move for prized Dortmund asset Reus.
The attacking midfielder only returned to action for Dortmund in November, having missed Euro 2016 and the start of 2016-17 with injury.
