The Chilean was visibly annoyed during the Gunners’ 3-3 draw with Bournemouth on Tuesday, with reports suggesting some of the club’s players now expect him to leave
Arsenal players fear that Alexis Sanchez is ready to quit the club after letting out his frustrations in the 3-3 draw with Bournemouth, according to the Daily Mail.
The Chile international, the north Londoners’ top scorer with 15 goals this season, has been linked with a Gunners exit as talks over a new contract continue to stall.
And the Daily Mail goes as far as suggesting that there are certain members of the current Arsenal squad who now expect Alexis to leave after his anger at the loss of points at the Vitality Stadium.
The Cherries had been 3-0 up until Arsene Wenger’s side staged an impressive comeback to claim a draw but, with certain Gunners’ stars seemingly happy with a point, Alexis was reportedly furious at the dropped points.
