Madrid to offer record deal for Alisson
Real Madrid are set to make a record contract offer to land Roma goalkeeper Alisson, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The 25-year-old has drawn plenty of attention for his performances for the Serie A club this season, with Liverpool reported to be strongly interested.
But the Champions League holders are hoping that a bid of €60 million and a five-year contract worth €5m per season – a record for a goalkeeper – will lure Alisson to the Bernabeu.
Wilshere will give Arsenal another chance
Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere will give Arsenal another chance to offer him the contract he desires to keep him in north London, according to The Sun.
The 26-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season, and he has rejected the Gunners’ current offer of a 25 per cent pay cut.
Wilshere is set to depart if Arsenal don’t improve their offer but he will give the Gunners another chance, as he prefers to stay with the Gunners.
Chelsea and Atletico eye Gulacsi
Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are both keeping an eye on RB Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi, reports ESPN FC.
The two teams have established incumbents in Thibaut Courtois and Jan Oblak, but both goalkeepers have been linked with moves away in the summer.
And the 27-year-old Hungary international has emerged as an option for both sides should either of their goalkeepers depart.
PSG sporting director met with Courtois
Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique met Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois last month to discuss a potential move, reports Le Parisien.
The Belgium international has been linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer, but the Ligue 1 giants are hoping to swoop in and land Courtois to replace Alphonse Areola as their No. 1.

The Serie A side attempted to sign the two strikers last summer, but were unable to land either player.
But Milan now feel that Torino striker Belotti will be more affordable after a sub-par season, while Aubameyang could be lured from Arsenal despite only recently signing.
Arsenal to make another move for Forsberg
Arsenal will make another move for RB Leipzig midfielder Emil Forsberg this summer, according to German football expert Raphael Honigstein, via The Sun.
Appearing on the Totally Football Show podcast, Honigstein claimed the Gunners would make a move for the Sweden international after seeing a bid rejected last summer.
“He is still a guy who really wants to go to the Premier League,” Honigstein said of Forsberg. “He was very upset when Arsenal’s offer was turned down straight away by Leipzig.
“I think [Arsenal] will come back in for him because he has got a lot of talent.”
Juventus scouting Ginter
Juventus are interested in Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Serie A champions sent scouts to watch the 24-year-old last weekend, with view toward a summer bid.
Ginter is valued for his versatility, with the Germany international able to play multiple positions across the back line and also in defensive midfield.
Vermaelen set for new Barca deal
Barcelona are set to extend defender Thomas Vermaelen’s contract for an additional year, according to Sport.
After several injury-ravaged seasons, the 32-year-old has returned to the fold for the Catalans this season, making 16 appearances in all competitions.
And Vermaelen’s performances have reportedly convinced Barcelona to offer him an additional year on his deal, which is set to expire at the end of next season.
Arsenal & Liverpool offered Fekir hope
Nabil Fekir will ensure he maintains a positive relationship with Lyon if he goes on to fulfil his dream of playing for an elite European club, according to his agent.
Lyon captain Fekir has enjoyed an outstanding season in Ligue 1, scoring 16 goals and reportedly attracting interest from a number of sides, including Liverpool and Arsenal.
