Sarri to bring Napoli players to Chelsea


Maurizio Sarri is planning on bringing several Napoli players to Chelsea when he takes over, The Evening Standard reports.

The Italian has left Napoli after failing to agree on a new contract and is set to replace Antonio Conte during the summer.

And Sarri is already eyeing moves for Kalidou Koulibaly, Elseid Hysaj, Piotr Zielinski, Raul Albiol and Jorginho at his new side.


Man Utd to put Pogba in Kroos deal


Manchester United are willing to offer Paul Pogba and a sizeable transfer fee for Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos, according to Don Balon .

The Red Devils are readying themselves for a summer rebuild and are prepared to part with their £89 million record signing.

Jose Mourinho is, however, looking to bring in Kroos as a replacement and will only let Pogba go if Madrid open themselves up to a deal for the World Cup winner.

Arsenal are in advanced talks to sign defender Stephan Lichtsteiner on a two-year contract,  Goal  understands.

Lichtsteiner, who is approaching the end of his contract at Juventus, has been targeted by the Gunners as they look to bolster their defence this summer, with Hector Bellerin currently the club’s only natural right-back.

Chelsea closing on Sarri


Chelsea are closing in on agreeing a £5 million-per-year contract with prospective new manager Maurizio Sarri.

Goal  understands the Blues have agreed to pay the £8m ($11m) release clause in Sarri’s contract with Napoli, which still requires paying despite Sarri having been replaced by Carlo Ancelotti on Wednesday.
