Barcelona to have final say as Mina’s £15m Everton transfer nears completion

Yerry Mina is destined to move away from Barcelona this summer, with Premier League side Everton the most likely destination.

The Colombian centre-back has seen stock rise following his showing at the World Cup in Russia, despite his playing time being limited at club-level with Barcelona.

The Spanish side would also want to keep a buy-back option on the Colombian.

Negotiations with Barcelona are being commanded in person by Everton sporting director Marcel Brands and he is optimistic that it will have a positive outcome for the English team when Mina returns from his post World Cup.
